A dynamic character is a character that changes over the course of a story. Unwind has multiple characters that could be classified as dynamic. Any of the three main protagonists change and develop as events of the story unfold, so feel free to pick Connor, Risa, or Lev.
Of those three characters, I think Lev is the character with the most dramatic shift. When readers are introduced to Lev, he is on his way to be unwound, and he's actually looking forward to it. He's nervous about it for sure, but he has been raised his entire life believing that he is special because he is a "tithe." He's the tenth kid in the family, and his parents are having him unwound so that his body parts can benefit other people. It's morbid, but Lev doesn't see it that way. He's angry at having been rescued by Connor, and he's angry that he won't fulfill his duty. By the story's end, Lev has changed dramatically. He no longer wants to be tithed. In fact, he's so against the process of unwinding that he has turned himself into a "clapper." He plans on exploding himself in order to destroy the unwinding facility.
