Road in The Sky Summary
The day Geraldine marries Judge Coutts, there is a trail of clouds like a road in the sky. The judge says he will walk this road with Geraldine.
Having refused to confess and be absolved by Father Cassidy, Judge Coutts is refused a church wedding, so the pair are married by the previous tribal judge. Everyone feels relieved, and the judge cries, until his aged mother tells him to stop making himself look soft.
Corwin plays his violin for the group.
