All four of the molecules are gasses at standard temperature and pressure so this will be a little tricky since predicting the boiling points of gasses is more difficult than liquids.  The choices are ammonia (NH3), NFO, methane (CH4), and propane (C3H8).  Methane is very small and extremely nonpolar so it will be the lowest.  NFO is less polar than ammonia so it probably has a lower boiling point than ammonia.  Ammonia is very polar and small while propane is nonpolar but has a larger mass.  I would guess that the larger mass would make propane the highest boiling point of the four.  This makes the order from first to last:
