In Act II, Scene 4, the Nurse asked Romeo if his love is true and if he intended to marry Juliet.  She told Romeo if he was true in his love and an honorable gentlemen to give her a time and place.  If he was not going to go through with the marriage then he should do the proper thing and move on and not get Juliet's hopes up.

The nurse is sent to Romeo twice by Juliet. The first time, in Act II, Scene 5, she is asking Romeo to provide the time that he and Juliet are to be married. Romeo tells her to have Juliet go to "shrift" or confession at Friar Laurence's that day and he will be there waiting to make her his wife.

The second time she seeks him is in Act III, Scene 3 when she seeks out after Juliet has learned that Romeo has killed Tybalt in and is now banished from Verona. Juliet has bid her to bring Romeo her ring and tell him to come to her room that night. The nurse relates to Romeo how Juliet is reacting to Tybalt's death and Romeo's banishment and brings Romeo a rope ladder for later that night.
