In Act II Scene 2, when asked by Juliet how he climbed the walls, Romeo says:
With love's light wings did I o'erperch these walls;
For stony limits cannot hold love out:
the famous winged love god was Cupid. This would mirror what Mercutio said about Romeo in the previous scene, where he invokes "Young auburn Cupid".
Well, he implies the god, rather than stating his name directly, but it is Cupid. Romeo speaks of using "love's light wings" to get over the wall.
