In act 5, scene 2, Friar Lawrence says, "Poor Living corse, closed in a dead man's tomb!" What does corse mean? and is there any foreshadowing or paradox here?

There is considerably foreshadowing here. Juliet is about to play dead…Romeo will mistake her for dead…he'll kill himself. She'll kill herself. Therefore, the friar's words will soon be true. She will be a corpse.
