I'm assuming by this question you mean how did Romeo's farewell words to Juliet differ from (or were similar to) Juliet's farewell words to Romeo.  Romeo's words dwelt on her beauty - he could not believe how life-like she still appeared to be, saying her beauty had not faded even in death (of course, she wasn't really dead, just in a deep sleep from the potion she took).  Juliet, on the other hand, sounds more annoyed - at first she is frustrated because Romeo didn't leave enough of his poison for her to use on herself, and even the language she uses has a harder edge - "Oh happy dagger, this is thy sheath; there rust, and let me die!" (Act V, scene iii).
