How about if you take the funniest or wittiest quotes from each character regarding the main, central theme of the novel (which is the want and need for marriage as a social stabilizer) and have each character say their own. Now, let's keep in mind that a time span of 5 minutes is actually not very short. In fact, you could do two and a half vodcasts in that period of time. Hence, look through the story, get one really beefy quote from each character that shows how each character responds to the central theme of the novel, and just have each say their part.

I think #3 gives us a great idea of how to include so many characters in such a little time. You also might like to be creative and consider how you could do this without actual speech. I once saw an excellent 5 minute production of Hamlet where the characters had to just express the action through mime and gestures. No speech was allowed. You could always use signs to indicate which character is which. This is a real chance to be creative, so think how you can do this with the aid of some horizontal thinking. Good luck!

You could also do a dating game type of skit. Lydia, Lizzy, Jane, and Charlotte Would be on one side and Bingng, Darcy, Collins, and Wickham would be on the other side. In order to include the other characters, you could seat them behind the couples and let them weigh in as the skit moves through various dating questions. This would allow you to show some of the conflicts in the book. For instance, you could show how Elizabeth first likes Mr. Wickham and dislikes Mr. Darcy. Then, her interests shift as Darcy shows his kindness for her family and tells her the truth about Wickham. Some of the plot points of the story would make great dating game questions. You could ask Mr. Darcy "what would you do to help my family if Lydia were to run away?" this type of question and answer skit would allow you to easily include much more information from the novel than a time period or conversational skit. Since you only have five minutes, you may want to consider a more direct approach to presenting the information you have learned.

You could create a skit that takes place AFTER the action of the novel where all the characters are together and talking about what happened to them over the course of the novel.  You could have a family reunion at Pemberly, hosted by the newly married Elizabeth and Darcy.  Maybe you create an Oprah-style talk show where a moderator introduces topics for quick discussion. 

I think the best way to address a brief, 5-minute skit scene that must include every significant character from Austen's novel, Pride and Prejudice, is to enact a ball skit, perhaps set at Pemberly to give reason for all characters to be there. That way, you can have everyone all in the same place at the same time with a logical reason for being there. Moreover, they will all have tings to say that are fairly natural to the situation. For instance, you may recall how Sir William comments upon the dancing of Elizabeth and Darcy at the Netherfield ball:

Such very superior dancing is not often seen. It is evident that you [Darcy] belong to the first circles.

Another instance of the situation providing dialog that is natural to the setting and yet revealing of feelings is Elizabeth's jibbing comments on conversation to Darcy:

"Sometimes. One must speak a little, you know. It would look odd to be entirely silent for half an hour together; and yet for the advantage of some, conversation ought to be so arranged, as that they may have the trouble of saying as little as possible."

Another possibility is to stage the skit as a tea party at Pemberley for the ladies and a hunting party that got rained out and moved into the tea room for the men.
