In the end, a task like this would be highly personal.  Suggestions can be made, but the more worthwhile endeavor would be for you to identify two or three scenes from the play that you found fascinating when you read it.  Once you have identified these scenes, watch how the film depicts them.  Compare the differences between how you envisioned it in your mind with how the scene was portrayed in the film.  This will enable you to be able to identify the memorable aspect from the film because it matches with what you, yourself, found meaningful.  Additionally, it would provide a very strong point of comparison between what is featured in the text and what is featured in the film.
