What are some broad essay questions that cover the complete overview of Never Let Me Go?

If you're in a rush to re-familiarize yourself with the plot and characters, the 2010 film adaptation is quite faithful and might help jog your memory.
Questions could cover topics as far ranging as:
- the significance of the title, the closure of Hailsham, the narrative structure, and the first-person narrative style;
- differences in outlook between Miss Emily and Madame, and which character the narrative seems to endorse;
- notions of redemption, forgiveness and penance;
- the issue of what a "decent life" actually amounts to.
