The radius of a circular tablecloth is 3 feet. What is the area of the tablecloth? (Use π=3.14)

The formula for the area of a circle is A= `pir^2`

r= radius

`therefore A= 3.14 times (3)^2`

A= 28.26  sq feet

Remeber when you give an answer for area it is always sq feet or sq miles etc.

A= 28.26 sq feet
