   List all factors of each.  40 = 1, 2, 5, 8, 20, 40

                                     50 = 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50

                                     75 = 1, 3, 5, 15, 25, 75

                                      90 = 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 15, 18, 30, 45, 90

The smallest number that can divide into 40, 50, 75 and 90 is 5.

Smallest number divisible by 36, 18, 27.

List multiples of each:  36 = 36, 72, 108, 144, ...

                                  18 = 18, 36, 54, 72, 90, 108, ...

                                  27 = 27, 54, 81, 108

Smallest number divisible by 36, 18, 27 is 108.


Smallest number divisible by 30, 40, and 50

Prme factorization of each:  30 = `2*3*5`

                                        40 = `2^3*5`

                                        50 = `2*5^2`

Smallest number divisble by 30, 40, and 50 would be `2^3*3*5^2`  or 600.
