What does the Lion give to the creatures in Chapter 10 and what warning does he issue?

In Chapter Ten ofThe Magician's Nephew,Aslan finally speaks to all of the talking animals, wild people, satrys, dwarfs, and the gods and goddesses of the woods. The lion addresses them with this message:
"Creatures, I give you yourselves," said the strong, happy voice of Aslan. "I give to you forever this land of Narnia. I give you the woods, the fruits, the rivers. In this speech by Aslan, he issues the Talking Animals freedom to live in Narnia and enjoy its land, woods, rivers, and natural bounty. He warns them to treat the Dumb Beasts, with a special notice not to go back to living like a Dumb Beast; that sort of action would result in losing their special gift of speech.
