I always organize my resumes this way: objective, work experience, education, skills. I’d include all of these, except education, in this resume.

Macbeth’s unbridled ambition is the most established answer to the question, “What is Macbeth’s fatal flaw?” However, ambition is not necessarily a flaw. In fact, ambition is one of the most desired traits in any workplace. This resume you are working on should highlight Macbeth’s drive to be at the top of whatever place he will be applying. Your objective should state something to explain how Macbeth will work as hard as possible to rise in the ranks of this fictional company  

In the work experience section, I‘d highlight Macbeth's rapid rise to power: War hero to Thane of Cawdor to king. Leave out the part about King Duncan being murdered under his own roof. You only want to highlight Macbeth’s positives. 

In the skills section, you must highlight Macbeth’s ability to lead. He led Duncan’s army to victory and gained many loyal friends and colleagues in the process. These are definitely skills that apply to the workplace. 

It might be fun to create some hobbies and/or professional organizations (real or fabricated) of which Macbeth might be a member.  The National Rifle Association, or Power Hungry Folks Anonymous for example. This is a fun and creative assignment, and you've got some awesome answers to work from...have fun!

Bdmadnik's answer hits all the bases.  Here are some formatting suggestions.  When I teach Eng Comp and teach resume writing, I often ask students to respond to the following questions in the form of a cover letter.  Almost all resumes require a cover letter, so consider answering the following question for Macbeth before tendering his resume.  It would be great fun!

1. Tell me about yourself.
2. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
3. Are you sure you have the qualifications for this job?
4. Are you a leader?
5. What do you expect from us? 

What a fun assignment! Look at Macbeth's characteristics and actions that tell you about him, and then consider how this would apply to the parts of a resume. We usually include a person's experience, skills, qualities, and references on a resume. Of course, not many people are alive after Macbeth, including Macbeth, who will attest to his good character. We'll also need to put a positive spin on some of his less admirable traits.

Macbeth has been engaged in several battles, proving himself to be heroic and courageous. He has shown himself to be a leader, taking advantage of opportunities for advancement (killing Duncan). He's able to work independently, carrying a project through to a successful completion (he does go all the way after killing Duncan). He's able to delegate responsibility to others (hiring killers for Banquo and Macduff's family). He's always open to suggestions or advice from others (the witches prove this). He's able to foresee problems in a plan (ghosts, bloody knives). He's also able to handle competitors in a decisive way (Banquo, Macduff).
