I assume that you are asking which pages have the descriptions of what is distinctive about each age level in The Giver. If this is what you are asking, you can find this in Chapter 6. I cannot give you page numbers as my copy of this book is on Kindle, but the chapters are not very long.
At the beginning of Chapter 6, we are told about the difference between the jackets that are worn by the Fours, Fives, and Sixes and those worn by the Sevens. Right after that, we hear that Nines get bicycles.
For a while after that, we do not learn anything more about any age group. We see the naming ceremonies and we are told that there were ceremonies for the Twos through the Sevens, but we are not given any details. Then Jonas’s sister Lily has her ceremony where she becomes an Eight and we are told about what they wear and what they have to do. Soon after that (though it is the next day), we get the rest of the ceremonies. We see the Nines’ bicycles, the Tens’ haircuts, and the Elevens’ new clothing.
All of this is in Chapter 6. You should easily be able to find the specific page numbers that you need.
