One idea would be to create a collage of characters based on your analysis of textual information. You could either draw them, generate them (Bitmojis might be fun), or select celebrities for those roles. Important to this project would be the inclusion of textual support for the choices you have made and an explanation of how those textual details led to your artistic choices.

Another fun idea might be to develop a playlist for one or more characters for their journey. Consider how you might have a running playlist or a driving playlist. Based on what you know about this character's personality and interests, what modern music do you think they would enjoy on the journey? Again, explaining why those choices were made based on textual evidence would be key.

An electronic project might be to create a character's "profile" on a social media platform (there are even some apps and websites that will allow you to generate these for literary projects) and to tell that character's story through posts, videos, photos, and text. This project allows you to remain true to the text of the story while having the option to update the language and to even have the possibility of including emojis and GIFs into the analysis. The ability to blend social media and literature is often quite engaging for students.
