I will assume you are being asked to create a character analysis for each one, but the way you are framing the question is a little vague. Be mindful that Educators will not do work for you, but instead, I am more than happy to share with you how I would instruct my own students to complete an assignment like this so you can get started and see success! I have included the link to the eNotes study guide for The Bluest Eye at the end of this answer.

You will want to closely read the story and annotate as you go. One way I direct my students to firmly analyze the characters in literature is through thorough note-taking and outlining to organize your thoughts. Consider the following steps:

  1. Read the story.
  2. Write the name of each character on a piece of paper that you want to analyze.
  3. List out the requirements from your teacher under each name, leaving space to write. You have stated that they are looking for major events for the characters, descriptions of the characters (adjectives, as you stated), and character interactions.
  4. Read the text again, and then, any time you see something that fits in that category, jot it down.

Once you have a collection of notes, you will need to organize your thoughts. You will want to see which character interactions feed into one another so you can build the analyses in order.

By reading, taking active notes, and organizing your thoughts, these paragraphs will become quite easy!
