"From The Rising Of The Sun Unto The Going Down Of The Same"
Context: The psalmist exhorts all the followers of the Lord to praise His name eternally. God is superior to all people, and His majesty is greater than the universe. Yet God, in his glory, deigns to pay heed to the heavens and the earth. He exalts the needy from their despicable existence to the position of princes, and He grants to the childless the joys of motherhood. Beautiful are the poet's words of praise:
Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and for evermore.
From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord's name is to be praised.
The Lord is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.
