You probably cannot find the answer because the answer is none. Artists, rather, self-employed artists receive no benefits. All benefits a self-employed artist receives must be purchased by the artist. That includes healthcare, IRA, vacation, holidays, sick days, and any other kind of benefit you can imagine.

If an artist is employed by a company then the story may change. That particular artist may be entitled to all of the same benefits as any other employee of said company. However, many artists are self-employed and/or work on a freelance basis. While the life of an artist can be rewarding, it is most often filled with struggle to survive.
