How many poems did Alfred, Lord Tennyson write?

Quick answer:

Alfred, Lord Tennyson wrote over 100 poems, with some sources specifically listing 104. However, exact counts can vary, and many resources do not specify a total number due to the extensive nature of his work. Tennyson is recognized as the most celebrated poet of the Victorian Era, contributing significantly to English literature.

The easiest list to read is on the second link.  Most of the research does not number his works.  However, there is one site that did (second link).  It has the number at 104.  I'm not 100% sure if that's accurate, but I do know that the teacher's edition of my senior Literature book says he has written over 100 poems.  I can't seem to find any sites that actually say how many he wrote since the number is so large.  He was after all the "most celebrated poet of the Victorian Era."
