Raised in the West. Educated in NYC. Studied 17th century metaphysical poets but lived the picaresque life of eighteenth century novels and had great teachers in that period. Enjoyed taking long excursions into Wordsworth's poetry and settled into late eighteenth and nineteenth century. My first job was in Africa and it was really great - had some great gigs since then.
