About
I am currently completing my PhD in English at Louisiana State University, where I focus on early modern poetics, animal studies, and affect studies. I received my BA in creative writing and women’s and gender studies from Beloit College in 2012. My dissertation, Animal Analogues: Form and Contagion in Renaissance Poetics, focuses on how form shapes interpretations of contagion in early modern literature.
