An ideal society would have to have many more laws than we can list here. Of course, it would have to have laws that protected people's lives and their property. We would also have to have laws that protected people's rights to things like freedom of speech and freedom of religion.
Outside of these sorts of fundamental laws, we would need laws to protect the environment and to provide equally good education to all people regardless of how well-off their parents were. We would also need consumer protection laws to make sure that people would not be in danger from things like poisoned foods?
Of course, it would be very difficult to know where to draw the line between laws to protect us and a state that was excessively intrusive.
