For any spherical mirror the relation between the focal distance `f` and the distance to its center of curvature `R` is

`f =R/2`

All you have to do is to determine the focal point of the mirror. For this, first you take the lighted object and place it very far from the mirror (ideally at an infinite distance). Then, with the help of half of the paper you form the image of the object (the image should be a very small point of light). The mirror is concave, so that the image of the object is real and in front of the mirror. You fine tune the position of the paper until the you obtain the smallest point of light. Using the second half of the paper you measure the distance from the image obtained this way to the mirror. This is the focal distance. Finally you double the  focal distance and you obtain the center of curvature of the mirror.
