I liked how he lays out his claims very clearly -- he actually numbers his 10 causes of flatness, for example. And his causes seem to make sense.
What I do not like is the lack of proof of what he is saying. It is more of a set of impressions and opinions than a serious scholarly work, in my opinion.
But I would recommend it because it is very readable and it does a pretty good job of talking about forces that are pushing us towards globalization.
