I would have to say that the "I have a dream speech" is better if only because it has proven (so far) to be far more memorable. The use of antithesis in the famous passage about "all of God's children" makes that passage one of the most memorable passages in modern oratory. Many people literally have it memorized; I don't know of anyone who has memorized parts of the "Yes We Can" speech, aside from that single phrase itself.
