In today's world, we all play different roles. Sometimes we play different roles in one day. If you go to school, you play the role of a student. After school at sports practice, you play the role of an athlete. Then let's say you have a babysitting job. You play the role of a parent. Then you go home and you are a brother or sister, son or daughter and so on.

If you are going based on Jaques's speech, you might want to talk about the different roles that people play. Jaques only talks about roles that men play. You might want to talk about what sorts of roles women play -- if the "seven ages of life" are different for them. Are they different from men's roles? Are they different today than they were when Shakespeare wrote?
