The one person sitting next to Jesus for sure was the disciple whom Jesus loved. Most scholars agree this is John.

"I tell you the truth, one of you is going to betray me." His disciples stared at one another, at a loss to know which of them he meant. One of them, the disciple whom Jesus loved. was reclining next to him. Simon Peter motioned to this disciple.

John 13:21-24

Two people who betrayed Christ were Judas and Peter.

Judas is the one who accepted 30 pieces of silver to turn Jesus over to the authorities and marked Jesus with a kiss.

Jesus told Peter at the Last Supper that Peter would betray him 3 times. After the crucifixition of Christ Peter realizes he did indeed denounce the name of Christ 3 times.

It is not clear which three people are sitting right beside Christ as there is one person on each side of him.  Each of these people is in a group of three that is tightly clustered.

On Jesus's right side, the group consists of (moving from left to right as you look at the picture) Judas Iscariot, Peter, and John.  On Jesus's left side, the group consists of Thomas, James, and Philip.

As far as who betrayed Christ, I guess that you could say that two people betrayed him.  Most importantly, Judas betrayed him by telling the authorities who and where he was so he could be arrested.  Peter "betrayed" him by denying he knew him three times after he was arrested.
