It is a third person omniscient, because the speaker is not taking direct part of the main idea of the poem, but knows exactly what is the plot, problem, and details of the work.

In this case, that same observer is pointing out how the guitar is playing towards all the joys and sorrows of life and how death could not shut it down, for it persists through time, because its job is to provide that opportunity to vent the good and the bad, and because as an inanimate object, it will go on forever.
