Oswald is killed in Act 4, scene 6. Ever the loyal servant to Goneril, Oswald plans to kill Gloucester but does not realise that the man with Gloucester is Gloucester's son Edgar (he is disguised as a peasant). It is Edgar who slays Oswald, defending his father.
