You do not give beginning and ending years for your question, so we cannot know for sure if this is the answer that you will want.  However, the value of US exports to China has risen in every year since 1990 with the exception of 2009.  In that year, exports were down very slightly from the previous year.

As trade with China has increased, the value of US exports has increased as well.  Of course, the US trade deficit with China keeps growing because US imports from China have increased at an even more rapid pace.

Looking at the years from 1998 to the present, the year with the lowest value of US exports to China was 1990.  The year with the highest value was 2010.
