Albedo is a word that refers to the amount of light that a given surface will reflect when it is hit with light from a source like the sun. So, in order to answer this question, you need to think about which of these things reflects a lot of light and which of them reflects only a little light.
So, a mirror would, of course, have a very high albedo. Ice would have a relatively high albedo because it is pretty light in color and light colors reflect more than dark.
A lawn and an asphalt driveway are dark and will not reflect light much. I'm not sure what your sidewalk is made of so I'm not sure what its albedo would be, but generally, the lighter the material, the higher albedo.
Dark paving materials, like asphalt, generally have low reflectance albedo of class.
Concrete parking bumpers or wheel stops are used in parking lots for a variety of reasons. They help prevent cars or trucks from hitting buildings, signs, other parked vehicles and driving up onto a sidewalk area. They allow you to demarcate your parking spaces easily and help cars & trucks stop exactly where they should without damaging their wheels.
