I believe that, in broader terms, it could also fit into the genres of realistic fiction and short story; in fact, it would be remiss to neglect the short story genre considering that Poe is considered the Father of the American short story.
The story could be placed in the genres of Gothic or horror, as well as a confessional story.
It should be placed at the "Gothicism" genre as Poe is often known and recognized as the master of Gothic tales and this book "The Cask of Amontillado" fulfilled many of the standard elements of a Gothic tale, like lots of mystery, total violence, horror, several ghostly apparitions etc.
