Where are Calpurnia's neighborhood and the Cunninghams' neighborhood/farms in To Kill a Mockingbird?

I'm doing an assignment for English. I need help with the locations of Calpurnia's neighboorhood and the Cunningham's neighborhood.

It can be assumed that Calpurnia lives in the Quarters, where most of Maycomb's Negroes reside, although the location of her home is never specified in the novel. The Quarters can be found just "across the old sawmill tracks" outside the southern limits of the town. Calpurnia previously worked for Atticus's father (as well as the Buford family) at Finch's Landing,

"... an' I moved to Maycomb when your daddy and your mamma married."

Cal occasionally stays overnight at the Finch house, sleeping on a cot in the kitchen, and she returns to her own home each evening--either by walking or receiving a ride from Atticus.

The Cunninghams live in a rural area well outside the Maycomb town limits in what is known as Old Sarum. The Cunninghams are

... an enormous and confusing tribe domiciled in the northern part of the county...

They are a cliquish group, often intermarrying between their own family and the closely related Coninghams.
