At this moment, I'd say my favorite food in the world is Mexican tacos. I can almost always go for a taco or five. They are such a well-rounded collection of foods: vegetables, beef or chicken, cheese, corn or wheat tortillas. Tacos are tops. But so is spaghetti and Moo Goo Gai Pan and pizza and lasagna and trout and pot roast and a Ruben sandwich. So many choices.

Without question pastries are my favorite comfort food.  Donuts for breakfast or anytime really, cake or pies for desert, snack cakes throughout the day.  I could live on pastries and they always seem to pick me up when I'm feeling down.

I like strawberries.  If I had to pick just one food, I think they are just about perfect.  They are sweet without being high in sugar. You can grow them easily.  They are good by themselves and as a topping.  They improve your immune system and help you fight cancer.  And they taste good!  What could be better?

My favorite food in the world is pizza. I, literally, could eat pizza everyday. I love the idea of one food composed of all of the food groups. Besides that, you can put almost anything on pizza.

Just one?  If I had just one favorite I'd be skinnier...  One thing I miss so much from where I grew up is this fish that is called Trevally in English.  We would marinate them in soy sauce and lemon juice and pepper and then grill them.  I miss that!

Of stuff I still get to eat, chicken adobo might be my favorite.  It's chicken boiled for a while in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, pepper, and oregano.  Then fried for a bit, eaten on rice with (optional) some of the sauce it was boiled in.
