I need to know all the changes this would make on the properties of parallel lines, the changes that would have to be made in the real world, and maybe even what the world would look like!

Parallel lines can never intersect. that is in 2D.
However in 3D,in vectors, i've learnt that they can intersect if they were on different planes, that is, different surfaces.
in 2d they are like this \ \ there's always a distance which remains constant between them.
but on different planes, they may intersect because they go in all sorts of directions. just imagine them in your mind /

As mentioned above, parallel lines will never intersect. If two lines are intersecting, then they are no longer considered parallel.
As for what would happen to the world if they somehow managed to magically intrsect......well I'm guessing that everything would be pretty scewed. It is physically impossible though lol
