There are numerous ways in which physical activity could be integrated into your theme. The only real limiting factors would be the amount of time available and the location of the school.
An easy starting point would be to go out and collect trash. This could involve a walk around the playground, a walk around the block, or a field trip to any location that was available for some moving and stooping and carrying and reaching and stretching.
Collected materials could be sorted for recycling and taken to recycling collection points if possible. Walking and carrying containers of the materials is more exercise and demonstrates conservation of limited resources as well as not polluting the atmosphere by driving. Students might be able to arrange door-to-door collection of items to be recycled - more walking and carrying or pulling wagons of items.
Building bird houses or other habitat structures could be followed by taking the structures to nearby locations and mounting them as appropriate for various species. Walking to final locations and climbing, pounding, and so on to place the houses could be exercise. Sawing wood, pounding nails, painting might also be activity.
