Their first interaction is in their home, and she actually is rather nice to Homer, though she does mention that they could use a new toilet!

But the second one is what I am guessing you are after, in this case after Ike was killed in the collapse at the coal face.  Homer goes to the bus stop to express his sympathy and his regret as he says that it was his fault Ike was in the mine.  But Mary said that he could have gone back to the shop anytime he wanted and that he had gotten used to the money and so had she.

And as she leaves, she actually says that Ike would have really liked it if Homer and his friends had continued to fire off the rockets, it really meant a lot to him and to so many others.
