What things do Jonas's parents reassure him about in Chapter 2?

Mainly, they reassure him about the fact that he will get assigned some sort of a job when it comes to his Ceremony of Twelves.  He has been worrying that he will not be picked for any job because he is not really sure what he's good at.  They also reassure him that life will still go on after the Ceremony.  He is worried because it is the end of childhood and that makes him nervous.

At the end of Chapter 1, he tells them that he is apprehensive about this ceremony.  They spend Chapter 2 talking to him and reassuring him that everything will be fine.

He feels better, but still has no idea what his assignment will be.
