It may be difficult for you to get any responses to your question as stated. The same might be true if you go ahead and make up a business questionnaire without clarifying the question. What do you mean by "underaged driving"? Are you referring to people driving cars and trucks who are under the legal driving age, which is usually sixteen? There couldn't be that many of them--I hope! Or are you planning to ask questions about youthful drivers, those who are licensed to drive but are still quite young? What is the specific purpose of your proposed business questionnaire? Does it have something to do with employment? Or with insurance? Accident statistics? Driver education? Law enforcement? Or with legislation? I think you should restate your question and eliminate the word "underaged" altogether.
