Qualities that are commonly held in relation to management readiness (the readiness to accept managerial responsibilities) are in categories of personal mentality, energy level, critical thinking. Managers must be open to new ideas and other perspectives than their own. Managers must have abundant energy levels that will keep up with the work load and work pace. Managers must be think clearly based on analysis and factual evidence. In addition, the desire for leadership and for cooperative work relationships between management and employees must be strongly evident.
