I do not believe the sheep have a name and this is probably intentional. The sheep represent the ignorant, easily led masses. They bleat repeatedly and mindlessly, ""Four legs good, two legs bad! Four legs good, two legs ba-a-a-a-d!"

The names of the pigs who order the sheep around, however, are Napoleon and Snowball.
