This can be throughout the book To Kill A Mockingbird. If possible, give a reference to where you found the 3 quotes for each character.

I have restructured your post, since you asked multiple questions and only one question is allowed per eNotes posting.

ATTICUS.  Very tall and about 50 years old, Atticus wears glasses and is nearly blind in his left eye. He is athletically slim, and prefers walking to work every day rather than driving his car. He always wears a suit and tie, and

... he never loosened a scrap of his clothing until he undressed at bedtime. (Chapter 20)

JEM.  Jem is 12 years old by the end of the novel, but Scout doesn't describe him in any great detail. He is slightly taller than the average boy his age, and he is athletic, going out for the football team when he enters the seventh grade. His hair is slightly long, since he has to brush it back on occasion, and he is beginning to grow bodily hair by the end of the novel.

SCOUT.  Scout is the ultimate tomboy, preferring overalls to a dress and old tires and footballs to playing with dolls. Although she never gives a good description of herself, she must be bigger than most girls her age, since she has no problem winning the fights she picks with other boys.

BOO RADLEY.  No one really knows what Boo looks like, since he is rarely seen by anyone until he makes his appearance in the final chapters. As the children had predicted, Boo is very pale and thin, with hollow cheeks, a wide mouth and colorless grey eyes. He had

... sickly white hands that had never seen the sun... and thin, almost feathery (hair) on top of his head.  (Chapter 29)
