These are not provided. In fact, the book is told from the third person limited perspective, meaning that we only know what Jonas knows and feels. Since he never has a conversation with Asher or anyone else about this position and its rules, we do not know what they are either.

The closest we get to knowing what might be one of the duties of the Recreational Director is in Ch. 17 when Asher gets upset with Jonas for ruining the game of good guys and bad guys. Asher tells him that he has no authority to tell them what games they can play and then reminds Jonas that "I'm the one training for Assistant Recreation Director."

The only assignment that we know all of the rules for are for the Receiver of Memory, which consist of eight rules. Those are listed at the end of Ch. 9.
