I think that global warmng is a dramatic shift in Earth's climate and atmosphere. I guess the benefits might be that we get more interesting weather and we are never bored! On the serious side, there are many drawbacks to altering Earth's weather so much.

I would have to agree that there are no pros to global warming. The changes to our environment from the process of global warming will likely cause changes that are irreversible in nature.

I'll answer this two ways.  There really are no pros to Global Warming.  The buildup of carbon dioxide and other gases that lead to the gradual warming of the planet leads to Climate Change, which can and probably already is causing shifts in wind patterns, how much rain or snow we get and at what elevations, changing growing seasons, melting ice caps and thawing permafrost in the northern hemisphere.  These shifts will be difficult for humans to adapt to, and even more difficult for some species of insects, plants and animals.

In case you mean, what are the arguments for and against whether Global Warming is happening, a minority of scientists argue that the latest trends are part of a natural cycle of warming and cooling the Earth goes through every 100,000 years or so.  The vast majority of scientists counter that point by showing that we are 30,000 years ahead of schedule compared to the last six warming periods on Earth.  There is a ton of evidence to show the warming trend over time.  Check out the website linked below from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and NASA.
