What is a natural resource?
Natural resources are substances that are found in nature and can be used accordingly for economic profit and gain. They must be derived only from the nature and not artificially made. Natural resources play a huge role in our daily lives as we construct and compose every products with the resources at their fundamental level. For example, an everyday chair is made fundamentally with wood which comes from the forests and forests only. Natural resources not only include the non-living objects like water and the sunlight but also living organisms like algae and fish. There has been a lot of debate and arguments regarding the use and allocation of natural resources taking place. Due to global warming and scarcity, the allocation and moderating the use of natural resources among the world population have been actively debated upon. Some natural resources that are being used as nonrenewable energy source like fossil fuels must be used in limitation whereas renewable resources should be more widely used.
