Harry finds the third piece of the Deathly Hallows, the Resurrection Stone inside the snitch that Dumbledore left him in his will.

Harry, Hermione, and Ron learn of the secrets of the Deathly Hallows from Hermione's book The Tales of Beedle the Bard and from Luna Lovegood's father, Xenophilius.  According to Xenophilius, the three Deathly Hallows, the elder wand, the invisibility cloak, and resurrection stone, give the bearer the ability to cheat Death.

Harry uses the resurrection stone at the end of the novel to see his parents and Sirius one last time before facing Voldemort.  He drops it inside the Forbidden Forest.
