The main point I would try to make is that this is a "pastoral" work. This means that it is one where country life is portrayed as morally good and city life (or court life) is portrayed as morally bad. This is a whole genre of literature.
I would point out that Duke Senior shows this attitude in the play. He talks about how much better life is in the forest than at court. He says that it is physically harder in the forest. However, he says that in the forest people are honest -- they don't keep trying to lie and cheat to get power.
