Hurricanes are types of tropical cyclones that exists in nature. It is actually the third and the strongest form of tropical cyclone. It is has a low pressure center surrounded by clouds, thunderstorms and rainfall following a spiral arrangement. It is termed as tropical because of its origin, in the tropics. Hurricanes commonly are formed in the Atlantic ocean area where the cold air of Canada meets the warm air from the Atlantic ocean. Air and water in the mid Atlantic ocean are far more warmer than that of the moving air from Canada.
The primary fuel or source of hurricane's energy are coming from the evaporating water. Hurricanes starts when the warm air in the ocean surface rises and meet the cooler air thus condensing the warm air rapidly that forms storm clouds and rains. The latent heat from the condensation of the warm air warms the cool air thus making it rise. As it rise up, more warm air can rise thus increasing the storm size. The continuing heat transfer forms a pattern of spiral arrangement similar to what we are observing.
