There are many geographical features of North America. Three oceans border North America. They are the Atlantic, Pacific, and Arctic Oceans. There are several mountain ranges in North America. The Rocky Mountains are found in both the United States and Canada. Other mountain ranges include the Appalachian Mountains, the Cascade Mountains, and the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

There are several rivers in North America. The Mississippi River is a very major North American river. Others include the St. Lawrence River, the Missouri River, the Ohio River, the Rio Grande River, the Colorado River, and the Columbia River.

There are other geographic features in North America. Hudson Bay and San Francisco Bay are two famous bays. The Mojave Desert and the Great Basin Desert are two deserts. The Great Plains is also a geographical feature of North America. Finally, there are many lakes. The five Great Lakes are the most famous lakes in the continent. The Great Salt Lake is another famous lake. North America has many geographic features.
